"I have just moved to North York and do not know anyone or how to access care and services..."

I left my home country because it was unsafe for me. I have refugee and asylum claimant status, but I don’t know how to get and support that we need. The health care system is very different here in North York and Ontario. Where should a newcomer start looking for help and information and what about refugee and asylum claimant support?
