Strategic plan

The North York Toronto Health Partners (NYTHP) Stewardship Council is excited to share our Ontario Health Team’s (OHT) first Strategic Plan. 

Guided by our Shared Purpose, Compassionate North York, this three-year strategy (2022-2025) will guide our collective efforts to advance an accessible, equitable and sustainable health system for all people and communities we serve.

We thank everyone from across health care and our communities in North York who contributed expertise, insights and ideas to shape the NYTHP Strategic Plan. Please note that our Strategic Plan accurately reflects the status of our Ontario Health Team at the time of production (2022) and more recent developments will not have been included.
